OMS Shop Shipping and Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
Our return & refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We only offer a refund, not a return nor an exchange, as long as the purchased item(s) is defective or damaged.
There are Some types of goods, we can’t issue a refund for such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your refund request, please contact us by e-mail at Support@omsshops.com or submitting a refund request via the contact form in Contact Us page.
You don’t need to pay or incur any additional shipping cost, restocking fee or any other charges in order to complete your refund request. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item(s) is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any refund request for defective item(s), submitted after more than 30 days of delivery.

Refunds;
Once we receive your refund request, we will process your request, then we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be refunded to your debit card, credit card or the original method of payment within 5-10 business days (depending on your card issuer’s policies).

Late or missing refunds;
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on your card issuer’s policies. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@omsshops.com or submitting a request via the contact form in Contact Us page.

Exchanges;
We don’t offer an exchange nor a return, we only offer a refund for items as long as the purchased items are found defective or damaged.
(Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer) 

SHIPPING POLICY
Following below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy;

Shipment processing time;
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates;
The following below are estimate of the shipping rates and the estimated delivery time:

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking;
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes;
OMS Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer; tariffs, tax, etc.

Damages & Lost items;
OMS Shop is addressing these issues on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy, in previous section above, to get know detailed information about our refund policy terms and conditions. However; we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
